For the comfort of the patient, we recommend that the referring DVM prescribes oral sedatives such as Trazodone or Gabapentin, to be given 2 hours before the appointment. Please indicate whether an oral sedative will be prescribed . *

STAT Service is available for abdomial ultrasound only for $95. STAT reports are typically sent back within 3 business hours. Standard Reports are typically sent back in 24 hours. Is this a STAT request? Does the veterinarian approve the STAT fee? *
