We have used Oncura Partners since 2017 and have been very happy with their service and equipment. We like having in-house ultrasounds available to our patients. We are able to get this diagnostic imaging done in a more timely way than having a mobile service do it or having to refer a patient to a local specialty hospital. Furthermore, it is a more cost-effective option for our patients. The staff that is trained to do the ultrasounds love to do them, and it adds a new way for them to be interested and engaged in patient care.

Oncura has literally changed how I practice Veterinary Medicine for the better – we can now do the vast majority of our recommended echo and abdominal ultrasound scans in-house, so pets get their needed tests much faster than they otherwise would, and we can start therapy right away. The entire Oncura team is friendly helpful, and always tries their best to meet our needs.

I can’t speak to owning the equipment, but am so grateful my vet uses it. My little 7 and 1/2 year old Liska, an American Cocker Spaniel, had a tentative diagnosis of Transitional Cell Carcinoma (Mass in the bladder) from a Banfield vet. I didn’t use the specialist (Blue Peril) they wanted to send me to but went to my old veterinarian who performed a focused abdominal ultrasound and said she would send it to a Specialist for reading. The heading on the results was Oncure Partners. The results – no mass! They read 17 still images and a cine loop. My little angel’s bladder was inflamed, and she had an accompanying UTI. A misdiagnosis like that could have resulted in unnecessary action. You can only imagine what relief I feel. Thanks!
